Published Room Rates:

1. Suite Double Room: IDR 1.000.000,-
   Capacity of up to 4 guests, available with extra bed (5th guest)
    
2. Triple Room (3 single beds): IDR 800.000,-
   Capacity of up to 3 guests, some available with extra beds (4th and 5th guest)
    
3. Twin Room (2 single beds): IDR 700.000,-
   Capacity of up to 2 guests, some available with extra bed (3rd guest)
    
4. Double Room (1 queen-sized bed): IDR 650.000,-
   Capacity of up to 2 guests, some available with extra bed (3rd guest)
    
5. Single Room (1 single bed): IDR 480.000,- 
   Capacity of 1 guest only, not available with extra bed
    
6. Extra bed: IDR 165.000,-

Accommodation terms and conditions:

a. Non-smoking Policy

• All of our rooms are non-smoking
• Smoking is prohibited inside our buildings, including in the common areas (lobby, dining room, etc) 
• We have designated porch areas on the front and side of the guesthouse building, for you to smoke. 

b. Room rates

• Breakfast is not included in the room rate
• Toast, fried rice, and eggs can be ordered at an additional charge
• 21% Tax & Service Charge are included in the rate
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

c. Check-in and check-out

• Check-in time is at 02.00 PM
• Check-out time is at 12.00 PM/noon
• A full rate of the room charge will be applied for early check-in, anytime before 12.00 PM/noon
• Additional 50% of the room rate will be applied for check-outs after 12.00 PM/noon
• A full rate of the room charge will be applied for check-outs occurring after 3.00 PM
• Children under 2 years of age will be free of charge if sharing room with their parent(s).

d. Security deposit 

• A security deposit of IDR 200.000,- in cash (and only cash) is mandatory when you check in
• We will return your security deposit at check out, after ensuring that:
  • the room and bathroom do not smell of ciggarete/vapor/cigar smoke
  • there are no burns and/or ciggarete marks on any of the items in the room and bathroom
  • there are no ciggarete buds found in the trash and elsewhere in the room and bathroom
  • there are no other evidence that the guest has been smoking in the room and/or bathroom 
  • all items in the room and bathroom are complete and in good condition (not torn, broken, damaged, malfunctioned, or incomplete)
  • all remote controls, towels, bath matt, bed sheets, and other items in the room and bathroom are accounted for
  • there are no evidence of wetting on our beds and sofas.
